How to create Claude skills properly in 4 minutes

Anthropic already has a public skill for skill creation. You grab it from their repo, hand it a description in plain English, and get a proper skill back. Then four ways to make yours more complete. Brainstorm the idea before you write the description, or search skills.sh, collect a few skills that do the same job, and brainstorm them into one better version. The same move works after the skill exists - brainstorm a gap into a skill you already have and tell the skill creator it's an update, or put the best practices doc next to the repo's own skill and see what the doc covers and the skill doesn't.
