There is a prompting doc for Opus 5 and you probably missed it

Anthropic has a prompting doc for every Claude model. The Opus 5 one came out with the model at the end of July and says what to change in your own prompts. If you wrote your prompts and your skills before Opus 5, some of them might do unnecessary work that makes your agent inefficient. The tip. You just hand Claude the doc and one of your own skills together and let it find what the doc says and the skill does not. Then you apply the change and save the skill.
