Due to recent events, I'm really tired of pushing reading. Thinking of playing AR-100 makes me physically sick. I'll get back to it at some point. I might play this HD+++ for a while, it seems fun. With AR 4.75, it turns the timing of objects into visibility [time to memorize] equivalent to AR 11.24, while the period for which an object remains hidden [how long you need to retain it in memory] is equivalent to AR-14.04. It pushes reading in a way that normal osu! really cannot make you experience. On the one hand, you need extremely fast and precise encoding of the objects' order, position, rhythm, etc., but at the same time, you need to retain all of that for durations not encountered outside of negative AR. On negative AR, again, you have significantly more time to memorize those objects in the first place. I'd like to learn to sightread AR0/-5 with this on some easier maps. I'm also curious as to how does improvement in this convert back onto typical HD. Also, even though you can get some sense of its difficulty from the video, it really doesn't tell you how hard it is until you try it yourself. Playing the patterns takes up like half of the computing power you've got, whereas here you can use all of it just to understand what's happening.
