PHA Breaks Ground on Dwight Evans Senior Residences!

We officially broke ground on a new $27M, 63-unit affordable senior housing development at 20th St. & Cecil B. Moore Ave., named in honor of U.S. Representatives Dwight Evans! 🏛️✨ Thank you to Mayor Parker, our elected officials, the Frankel family, and everyone who joined us in horning his legacy.
