If you love art, culture, shopping, and unique souvenirs, this is definitely something you should experience in Kandy. 🚌 HOW TO REACH KANDY FROM COLOMBO? I travelled from **Colombo to Kandy by bus**, and honestly, it was one of the easiest and most affordable ways to reach Kandy. 🚌 *Starting point:* Colombo Bus Stand 📍 *Destination:* Kandy ⏱️ *Journey time:* Approximately 3 hours 💰 *Bus fare:* Around ₹200 INR (approximately) ❄️ *AC & Non-AC buses:* Both options are available If you're travelling on a budget, taking a bus from *Colombo to Kandy* is a great option. You don't necessarily need to spend a lot on a private vehicle. Private taxis and tuk-tuks can cost significantly more — around **₹15,000 INR**, depending on the vehicle, season, negotiation, and exact pickup/drop-off location. So, for budget travellers and solo travellers, the bus can be a much more affordable choice.
