I’m a huge fan of Maria, so when she stepped into this world as Not for Radio with Melt, I was already all the way in. Now we have Bloom, and this was such a comforting listen for me. It has that soft, intimate kind of feeling that just pulls you in without having to force anything, and I really appreciated how naturally it all came together. This is one of those projects that feels gentle on the surface, but still leaves a real impression by the time it’s over. What I liked most is how easy this EP is to sit with. It feels warm, a little dreamy, a little delicate, and just really well-shaped from start to finish. I had a great time with it because it never felt like it was doing too much. It just trusted the mood, trusted the songwriting, and let the feeling carry everything. That made it hit in a way I really appreciated.
