HO Kato RS3 Install of NCE DA-SR decoder

Another simple decoder install. This should take about 1/2 an hour. It was closer to an hour because of complications shown in this video. This is a moderately difficult install. Easier than many, more difficult than some. "Sharing the joy of model railroading!"
