For Norse African breakfast Ingredients: 1 red onion finely cut 2 cloves of garlic finely sliced half green pepper half of red pepper diced 1 tbsp butter or rapeseed oil poured teaspoon cumin seeds 8-10 plum tomatoes diced Cup of fresh stinging nettles sliced Cup of fresh coriander sliced water as you wish 2 thick slices of hung dried ham, diced. 3 Large eggs cracked sunny side up Salt and white pepper sprinkled 1 red chilli sliced with seeds Enjoy my friends :) :0
