Ingredients:
Prepare Moti (Mini Meatballs):
-Boneless Chicken 600g
-Pyaz (Onion) Fried ¼ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Cooking oil 4-5 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) fried ½ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Makhan (Butter) Salted 50g
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup (Room temperature)
-Khashkhash paste (Poppy seeds paste) 3 tbs
-Olper’s cream ½ Cup
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Cheddar cheese (Grated) 30g
Direction:
Prepare Moti (Mini Meatballs):
-In a chopper, add chicken, fried onion, butter, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pink salt, coriander powder, fresh coriander, and chop well until smooth.
-Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
-Take out the mixture from the refrigerator, & grease hands with cooking oil & take 18g of mixture & make a smooth ball. (Makes: 28-30 Mini Meatballs)
-In a flat wok, add cooking oil & heat it.
-Add prepared moti, fry on medium flame for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown from all sides.
-Add capsicum and onion, fry on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Take out on a plate & set aside.
-In a blending jar, add tomatoes, fried onion, green chillies, and fresh coriander; blend well & set aside.
-In the same wok, add butter, let it melt & heat it.
-Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic crushed, mix well & cook on medium flame until fragrant.
-Add blended mixture, mix well, cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper, pink salt, coriander powder & mix well.
-Cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.
-Remove the cover.
-On low flame, add yogurt & poppy seeds paste (Soak 2 tbs cleaned poppy seeds in ¼ cup water for 2 hours, then blend into a smooth paste).
-Mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add cream & mix well.
-Now add fried chicken moti & vegetable, fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves (crush with hands), add cheddar cheese, cover & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts.
-Remove the cover, mix well, serve with naan!
