Vanilla Basque Cheesecake
Ingredients:
• 500g Philadelphia cream cheese
• 10 vanilla beans
• 300g sugar
• 3g salt
• 500g cream
• 70g cornflour
• 6 eggs (300g)
Baked at 200°C for 30 minutes in a 22cm ring. ( i believe 210°C for 33 minutes would have been better)
