A follow on of sorts from Hunter's Moon.
*** Spoilers ***
A commerical starship makes a forced landing on an asteroid that houses the exclusive Babylon Hotel. Babylon has a secret - and it's not telling. It only seems to communicate with Willis. Something is coming... something from a long time ago.
It's normally the BBC who make the great radio dramas, but this one is different, being produced by Independent Local Radio (Piccadilly 261) and broadcast across the IRL network in 1980. It was broadcast in 4 x 25 minute episodes. Good quality copies of this series aren't easy to get hold of and I lost mine many years ago, until I found them on an old memory stick. I've put them into one file, but kept the episodic broadcasts.
Although this does seem like a straight forward sci-fi yarn, with an old character from Hunter's Moon, it does finally close out the trilogy nicely.
Note:
The backdrop was taken from the original book artwork The Babylon Run written by Stephen Gallagher, which was published years after the initial 2 books, and extended using AI.
