Letting a Lady Down

The plaintiff brought her car into the defendant’s shop for repairs after a car accident. However, the plaintiff says her car sat in the defendant’s shop in limbo. She got frustrated and wanted to bring her car elsewhere, but the defendant still won’t release the vehicle. The plaintiff is suing for car damages and pain and suffering.
