This 16 minute chair yoga workout is created for senior citizens. It is a moderately paced and easy chair workout of gentle stretches to improve blood circulation, reduce stiffness and strengthen legs and arms. Each stretch is not held for long so as not to create any discomfort. If you have any elderly parent or grandparent please show them the video and let them have a go! Enjoy!
