Analysing Countermovement Jump Force Data in Microsoft Excel (Pt 2 - Bodyweight & Onset of Movement)

This is the second of a series of short video tutorials in which I explain how to analyse countermovement jump force-time data in Microsoft Excel. In this particular video, I explain how to calculate bodyweight and determine the onset of movement. Like in the first video, I show how to link formulas to the sample frequency so that they will update automatically should and alternative sample frequency be used.
