Analysing Countermovement Jump Force Data in Microsoft Excel (Pt 1 - Plotting the Data)

This is the first of a series of short video tutorials in which I explain how to analyse countermovement jump force-time data in Microsoft Excel. In this particular video, I explain how to plot the force-time data as a simple scatter plot with smooth lines. I also explain how the time interval between successive force data points can be linked in case a different sample frequency is used by other people wanting to use this spreadsheet.
