Bret rode almost 250 miles on a gravel e-bike across the Arkansas Delta to the Mississippi River — Jonesboro to Stuttgart on the Delta Blues Arkansas Graveler multi-day gravel biking event. Thank you to the hosts and partners: Arkansas Graveler Event Sponsors: Arkansas Department of Parks Heritage and Tourism, Jonesboro A&P — Jonesboro Tourism & Visitors Bureau Anchor Partners: UAMS Health Honey Stinger Produced by the Ozark Foundation with support from the State of Arkansas King Biscuit Blues Festival, Helena — King Biscuit Blues Festival Discover Jonesboro — Discover Jonesboro Visit Helena Arkansas — Visit Helena Mississippi River State Park — Mississippi River State Park Delta Heritage Trail State Park, managed by Arkansas State Parks Arkansas Delta Byways Tourism Association Bret rode Days 1-4: Jonesboro to Village Creek State Park, to Mississippi River State Park near Marianna, to Helena for the King Biscuit Blues Festival, then the long 86-mile push to Stuttgart, rice and duck capital of the world. Teri joined as a non-rider for everything off the bike — and won the fishing contest at Mississippi River State Park. Bret jumped into skeet shooting and archery, filmed on the banks of the Mississippi River, we soaked up the Blues Festival in Helena, watched the duck calling contest in Stuttgart, and sampled duck gumbo and rice pudding at Sportsman Bar and Grill.
