[Ultrasound] - Very Irregular Heartbeat At Rest

So my heart has been like this off and on for a while since the last one. Some days are just fine with no hiccups. The day I recorded this, it was like that pretty much since I woke up. Not sure what has been causing or what triggered all these skips as of late. I just remember that they started up one afternoon while I was working. They seem to be worse when sitting or standing. Lying down seems to almost stop them entirely. Can't say I've noticed them while hiking or working out. Anyway... Hopefully this sorts itself out, if not I am due to see my doc soonish so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Sorry about any extra sounds or glitches. My capture device for my ultrasound wasn't being cooperative and I was getting a lot of interference with my mic. So the audio isn't as clean as it usually is. Hopefully it is tolerable.
