Iran has reportedly activated “Code 100,” described in initial reports as its highest military alert, following the latest direct confrontation with American forces near the Strait of Hormuz. The reported measures include dispersing personnel and military assets and evacuating positions across southern Iran, potentially reducing their vulnerability if additional strikes follow. The alert comes after Washington said a US aircraft destroyed an Iranian surface-to-air missile launcher on Qeshm Island after the IRGC allegedly fired an anti-aircraft missile towards an American aircraft. The reports of “Code 100” have not been independently confirmed in the material supplied. But they come as Iran’s leadership has already ordered maximum combat readiness and warned that renewed attacks would trigger an immediate response without geographic restrictions. #iran #us #qeshm #irgc #hormuz #code100 #usiran #iranmilitary #centcom #tehran Times Of India (TOI) Is The Largest Selling English Daily In The World.
