[BBC] Rick Stein's-India-Episode 3. In search of the Perfect Indian Curry.

In this clip Rick uses a Pressure Cooker to prepare a Keralan Pork curry, which he claims is a bit like a Goan Vindhaloo. Rick mixes Garlic and Ginger together normally done on a stone. However, Rick explains he has a very nifty Indian mixer to do it, "which, takes seconds" He continues his praise saying "Such a good machine this, it just does a wonderful job, wish we had something like that back home."
