First upload in a while! 🏕️
This is a short 20-minute video from a little wild camp I did in the Western Mournes back in July, right after coming back from the West Highland Way.
I’m having a few technical issues editing on my phone unfortunately I don’t have a laptop, so everything is being done on mobile. You’ll probably notice in a few spots that the audio and mouth movements aren't syncing up properly. I’ve tried fixing it (and even tried editing the West Highland Way series twice now with the same issue), but no luck so far!
Despite the technical glitches, I wanted to get something out for you all after being quiet for so long. Hopefully, I’ll figure out a fix and get Part 1 of the West Highland Way uploaded soon!
The midges were out in full force on this trip I got absolutely eaten alive, and even managed to get one stuck right in my eye! 🦟👁️ But it was a great little camp nonetheless, and I even squeezed in a hike up Hen Mountain while I was out there.
Tent: I was testing out the vern 3-Season Tent, kindly gifted to me by Nortent.
Camp Meal: Huge thanks to base camp foods and Outdoor Gear Essentials for providing my camp meals for this trip! 🍲
Sleeping Quilt: Ice Flame
Cooking Pot: Wild Camping International
Camp Table: Serotonin Outdoors / Fire Maple
Thanks so much for watching and sticking with me! 🌲✨
