Today’s video shows how I made 4 days of bento lunches ahead of time you can just pack in the morning before work. I was supposed to go into the office this week several days, but a train problem meant I actually stayed home and worked remote 🤣. A few ingredients like shiro dashi and cooking sake you’ll probably have to buy online and are available on Amazon. Japanese grocery stores will absolutely have them, and some other Asian grocers may as well. UK and US grocery stores these days often carry both mirin and soy sauce. Asian grocers of any type definitely have soy sauce, and probably carry mirin as well. You can also buy any sake at a liquor store, which is what I used to do in the US.
