Was Christ HIDDENin Proverbs 8 All Along?

Is the Wisdom spoken of in Proverbs 8 actually pointing to Christ? In this Bible study, we compare the description of Wisdom in Proverbs with what the New Testament reveals about Jesus Christ. Proverbs describes Wisdom as being present before the creation of the world, beside God when the heavens and the earth were established. Then in the New Testament, Christ is described as “the wisdom of God” and as the One through whom all things were created. We’ll examine passages including Proverbs 8, John 1, 1 Corinthians 1, Colossians 1 and Revelation, and look at the striking similarities between the Wisdom of Proverbs and the descriptions given of Christ.
