No palace walls received the King, No crown adorned His head; The Lord of heaven came down to earth And lay upon a bed. Come, See the Holy Child Chorus O come and see the holy Child, Come worship at His feet; The Son of God, the promised One, In lowly manger meet. Let earth rejoice, let heaven sing, Let every heart proclaim: Glory to God, and peace on earth, Through Jesus’ blessed name. Verse 1 The shepherds watched their flocks by night Upon the silent plain, When suddenly the heavens shone And angels sang the strain: “Fear not, for unto you is born A Saviour, Christ the Lord!” They left their sheep and hurried on To see the living Word. Chorus O come and see the holy Child, Come worship at His feet; The Son of God, the promised One, In lowly manger meet. Let Earth rejoice (Let Earth rejoice), Let Heaven sing (Let Heaven sing), Let every heart proclaim: Glory to God, and peace on earth, Through Jesus’ blessed name. Verse 2 The wise men journeyed from afar, Led onward by the star; With gold and incense, precious gifts, They travelled from afar. Yet greater than the gifts they brought Was He whom they adored: They bowed before the little Child And worshipped Christ the Lord. Verse 3 And still He calls us to Himself, As on that holy night; From darkness, fear and wandering, Into His glorious light. The Child who lay in Bethlehem Would bear our sin and shame; The manger points towards the cross— And Jesus is His name. Final Chorus O come and see the holy Child, Come worship at His feet; The Son of God, the promised One, In lowly manger meet. Let Earth rejoice (Let Earth rejoice), Let Heaven sing (Let Heaven sing), Let every heart proclaim: Glory to God (Glory to God), And peace on Earth (And peace on Earth), Through Jesus’ blessed name. Amen, amen, let heaven sing: All glory to the newborn King. #brokenpewmusic #free #christianmusic #christiansong #jesuschrist #worshipmusic #acousticworship #god #christmascarol 2026 #new
