Rainy Daze – A Shovelhead in the Wild A break in the weather, an old Shovelhead, and nowhere in particular to be. Join us for a short ASMR-style ride on our 1975 Harley-Davidson Shovelhead as we head out into the lush surrounds of Currumbin Valley on the Gold Coast. With the rain easing for a moment, we take the opportunity to escape into the bush for a walk and a swim. But with the causeway flooded, nature has other plans, and we turn around and head back. Sometimes the best rides are the ones that don’t quite go to plan. We finish the day with a coffee at Iron & Resin Garage, soaking up the atmosphere before heading home. No big adventure, no fancy production — just the raw sounds of an old Harley, the smell of wet country, and a little time out on the road together. Kick back, turn up the volume, and enjoy the ride.
