Downhill fear is not a courage problem. Most skaters don’t need to “be braver.” They need better speed control. If you don’t trust your ability to slow down, brake, turn, or react when something unexpected happens, of course downhill skating feels scary.
So don’t fight the fear. Build the control that makes the fear smaller. That’s exactly what I teach in my Speed Regulation Module, including different braking techniques, speed management, and the control you need to skate with more confidence.
If you want to go beyond this module and follow my complete structured learning system, my full online skating courses are also available on Skool. Control first. Confidence follows.
