You tapped Connect and the key icon appeared. So who can still see what you do online? A VPN hides some things very well, and does nothing about others. We go through the 7 watchers who can see your online life: the Wi-Fi owner, your internet provider, the websites you visit, your accounts, trackers and your browser fingerprint, the VPN company itself, and free VPN apps. For each one, you'll see what a VPN hides and what it doesn't. This video is not sponsored by any VPN. Do you use a VPN? Which watcher surprised you most? Tell me in the comments. Real traffic is split into many packets. • Even with HTTPS, observers can usually see the website's name, not just its IP address. • "Hidden from the Wi-Fi owner" assumes your VPN app doesn't leak. Malicious networks can pull traffic outside some VPNs. • The UK sign-up spike (up to 1,400%) was at its peak hour; across the whole day it was about 1,200%. • The 83% fingerprint figure comes from EFF's 2010 study; the 2025 study found about 60%. • Logging cases are reported from court records and news coverage. Company ownership and policies may have changed since. • Laws change fast. Check the rules where you live before using a VPN. #VPN #OnlinePrivacy #HowTheInternetWorks
