I Hid for 25 Years Without Realising It

I made a joke about being good at hiding, and then I couldn’t stop thinking about it. What if some of the things I call my personality actually began as ways of feeling safe? In this video, I’m sharing how hiding can look like humility, independence, competence or being easy to work with.
