The BEST and WORST Calf Stretch!

Here it is!! My favorite calf stretch and my "least favorite" calf stretch. The benefits of using a slant board like the EZ Slant far out-weighs other forms of calf stretching.  -There is full foot contact for full foot pressure distribution. -Direct downward pressure offers better stretch. -Having the hands on the wall help to control the intensity of the stretch. -Much more stable surface for safer stretching. -The EZ Slant is adjustable for progressive stretching over time.
