This MV tells the story of Tony Au's Au Revoir, Mon Amour (1991): after the war, Leung Sum (Tony Leung Ka-fai) takes the train to Japan to find Mui Yi (Anita Mui). On the way he remembers the necklace he gave her in 1935, their reunion in the Shanghai fog in 1941 and his promise, and the wedding notice in the paper. He finds her at a snowy shrine, but her son calls another man father. After one last night she walks away under her umbrella in the snow.
