We started our morning at 25hours Hotel One Central, catching up over breakfast before heading out to explore some of Dubai's most interesting residential projects. Our first stop was AMIS Development, where we discovered Fleurs de Jardin – Designed by Jacob & Co., an exclusive collection of just 25 villas and mansions in Meydan District 11. Inspired by Jacob & Co.'s iconic jewellery and watchmaking designs, the community brings together distinctive architecture, craftsmanship, landscaped gardens and privacy. With five-bedroom villas and six-bedroom signature mansions, it's an interesting example of how branded residences are evolving in Dubai. And here's something worth discussing: all six signature mansions were reserved before the official launch, with AMIS reporting AED 300 million in sales. Next, we visited The Woodland Residences by AMIS, a villa development featuring premium surfaces by Automobili Lamborghini. We explored the design, finishes and details that make this project different, and what buyers should actually pay attention to when considering branded properties. After a day of property tours and conversations about Dubai's real estate market, we headed to Hidden Café, tucked away in the Dubai desert, to slow down and wrap up the day.
