Chasing Lifers in San Diego | La Jolla, San Elijo + More

I went birding in San Diego, California with a long list of target birds… and it delivered! In just two days, I found 66 species including 8 lifers — and I finished the trip at 699 birds on my world life list, only one away from 700. Lifers are getting harder and harder for me to find these days, so it was awesome to find these new birds!
