EMB - Torsion Shaft Plant System Response to Sine Sweep, follow the Response in Real-Time

Torsion shaft plants are a classic in textbooks covering vibrations, dynamic systems, and control theory. Given the flexibility of our EMB system, the user can easily and quickly reconfigure the plant to add/remove weights, change shafts, and add disturbance. In this experiment, a sine sweep torque from 0 to 25 Hz is applied as the input, 6 weights are added to the inertia wheel as load. A stainless-steel shaft is used for torsional spring. We follow the system response as the experiments runs. We offer pre-configured and assembled kits with 1, 2, and 3 Degrees of Freedom, supporting configurations such as rigid body, free-clamped, free-free.
