that day was full of noticing and learning: returning to subjects I‘m interesting in, visiting a library, cooking one of my favorite soups, going on a tour of an historic building ^^ 𝄞 autumn playlist    • autumn starlght   00:14 how to make time feel slower 01:44 interesting in trees and visiting the library 03:31 an autumn walk 04:49 Korean tuna soup 07:03 studying English 08:11 visiting a tour 09:34 making herbariums 11:10 the quiet end of the day 𓎩 Korean tuna Ssoup ingredients: 1 can of tuna in its own juices (180 g) 2–3 potatoes 1 onion A few green onions Fresh chili pepper, sliced into rings (optional) 1–2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste) 3–4 tbsp soy sauce 1–2 tbsp anchovy sauce 1 tbsp sugar salt, to taste water instructions 1. prepare the vegetables: slice the onion lengthwise into thin strips. peel and slice the potatoes. 2. pour the liquid from the tuna can into a pot and add the onion. let it cook gently for a little while before adding the potatoes. 3. add the potatoes, anchovy sauce, sugar, and gochujang. cook until the potatoes are tender and the sauce has thickened. 4. add the soy sauce and taste. add salt if needed, but only at this stage to avoid making the dish too salty. 5. add the flaked tuna, finely chopped green onions, and fresh chili pepper, if using. stir gently and serve. thank you for spending a little time with me ♡
