Brother Says Accused Killer Changed Story About Sister’s Death

Jackson Ringquist, Sophie's brother, testified in the case against his sister’s boyfriend, Cooper Ouellette. He recalled seeing his 17-year-old sister, Sophie, lying on their driveway in May 2023, and blood was on her face. He claimed that when Sophie was at the hospital, Cooper told him differing stories about what happened to his sister that night. He also recalled a strong smell of alcohol on Cooper.
