📖 A PAGE DAILY | DAY 056 SURAH AL-IMRAN (3:46–52) The Family of Imran — Verses 46–52 📚 TAFSIR IBN KATHIR SUMMARY ✨ VERSE-BY-VERSE SUMMARY 1️⃣ VERSE 46 — ISA SPEAKS FROM THE CRADLE Allah tells Maryam that Isa (Jesus) would speak to people while still in the cradle and also as an adult. He would be among the righteous and speak with wisdom by Allah’s permission. 2️⃣ VERSES 47–48 — ALLAH CREATES WHATEVER HE WILLS Maryam wondered how she could have a child when no man had touched her. Allah explained that He creates whatever He wills. He taught Isa the Scripture, wisdom, the Torah, and the Gospel. 3️⃣ VERSE 49 — THE MIRACLES OF PROPHET ISA Allah sent Isa to the Children of Israel with clear signs. By Allah’s permission, he shaped a bird from clay, healed those born blind and those with leprosy, and brought the dead back to life. These miracles demonstrated Allah’s power, not independent power belonging to Isa. 4️⃣ VERSES 50–51 — ISA CALLS PEOPLE TO WORSHIP ALLAH Isa confirmed the Torah revealed before him and brought guidance from Allah. He called the Children of Israel to fear Allah and worship Him alone, declaring that Allah is his Lord and their Lord. 5️⃣ VERSE 52 — THE DISCIPLES BELIEVE IN ALLAH When Isa sensed rejection among his people, he asked who would support him in the cause of Allah. His disciples answered that they would be Allah’s helpers, believing in Him and submitting to His command. 🌙 TODAY’S REMINDER The story of Prophet Isa teaches us that nothing is impossible for Allah. Every miracle happens by His permission, and all prophets called humanity to worship Allah alone. Like the disciples, we should stand firm in faith and support the truth. 🤲 DU’A O Allah, strengthen our faith, guide us to worship You alone, and make us among those who stand firmly for the truth.
