Three fancy wood recipe boxes with magnet clasps (LONG - includes build)

This was definitely the most challenging video to edit to date. Part of the reason for that is this project started back in June 2024...and did not finish until March 4, 2025. I did not video everything when it was something like sanding, putting the triple thick poly on, etc. But there is a representative sample for every step in the build...including some of the parts I screwed up and had to fix it/adjust the build to save it since I only had so much wood of that shape (one of the drawbacks of using repurposed old furniture vs new). Even given that I started with over 7 hrs of video....that I managed to get compacted and trimmed down to around 20 minutes. Since that is so long, I also made a quick "just the final very pretty results" video that can be seen here:    • Three fancy wood recipe boxes with magnet ...   This project started when my sister recommended that since I needed another project, that I do some recipe boxes like I made for her, since she loves that and other people would too once they make it onto the etsy store. It took so long due to other projects coming up which had more urgency, and since I had built that box for her a few years ago now, I had to re-remember and figure out the steps and such given the wood I had on hand from the repurposed furniture to use for it. Plus since it was not being created for a specific person, I was not as excited to finish it quick to see their reaction. Sorry for the wind noise at the end...doing outside recording is always chancy at best wrt unwanted noise. In any case, they turned out amazing, and whoever gets them I think will be very happy.
