What a lekker surprise Kruger adventure! 🐘❤️ We decide to skip the N4 and drive right through the Kruger National Park from Phabeni Gate towards Malelane Gate, and boy, are we glad we did! From our morning coffee stop at Albasini Ruins and stocking up on Given's delicious spiced nuts at the gate to waterbuck, elephants, buffalo, lions and an absolutely unforgettable leopard sighting that had us holding our breath, this drive delivered the goods! We even heard an incredible story from fellow visitors Philip and his dad Terry about a female leopard and her youngster, shared a few laughs, enjoyed a new salted caramel KitKat, and showed you a very special personalised gift made for us by one of our viewers. ❤️ The day got hotter by the minute, but with four out of the Big Five spotted and plenty of wonderful little moments along the way, we were reminded once again that the journey through Kruger is just as special as the destination.
