The New Fortnite Overwatch Collab Has Some Silly Tech

If you weren't expecting me to upload again, me neither, this just happened by chance tbh. If there was any collab that you could ask me that would probably be included in Fortnite, I'd probably go through a few dozen before I land on Overwatch being a possible contender. It definitely caught me off guard (especially since I don't follow many leakers or news accounts), so when I just happened to check out the game on a random Thursday, it ended up bringing this collab with a ton of content. And with that content comes the Zero Build Overhaul, with some more quality of life changes to stamina, fall damage, glider redeploy overhaul, and other new tricks. I really do like the sidearm mechanic being used and its ability to swap out different pockets (though it may just be my coping for augments to come back like in Chapter 4). I would like to see some experimenting with the pocket items, whether being that you can choose which item you want each time or just adding other items to be selected, which I'm sure there exists a plethora of items available in the game to be used. The slight bugs I encountered with the glider redeploy don't seem tailored to the actual mechanic and rather due to my incessant ping that stays above 70 for some god-forsaken reason, though the only addition I wish they could add on to is being able to freefall when gliding from a high enough ground. With all of that in mind, I've got like 3-4 more weeks until I'm fully out of college, so rather than trying to force out another video, I'll truly take my time and finish my last quarter before taking on more fun quests and challenges with this chapter. Being about halfway through this chapter, I'm surprised to say that I've somewhat enjoyed it thoroughly, definitely an improvement from Chapter 5, and being on par with Chapter 5.
