Part2- The StormCat transformation has officially begun! 🔥🎨 After sitting around for years and coming home from an auction looking very tired, our cheap fishing boat is finally starting to look like the dream fishing rig we’ve been imagining. In this episode we get stuck into the hard work — sanding, prepping, priming and laying down the first coats of paint. Watching the old, tired boat slowly disappear and seeing the new StormCat start to come to life was honestly one of the most satisfying parts of the build so far! But we’re not finished yet… The boat is due to arrive at the welder & mechanics very soon for its twin Yamaha 80hp repower, along with the mechanical and electrical work it needs. Once we get the boat back from the mechanic, we’ll inspect everything, do any touch-ups that are needed and then the second coat of grey will go on to finish the transformation properly.
