Character-Driven Leadership Begins from Within. Reflecting on his session at the Shahzada Dawood Learning Circle, our guest speaker Ahmer Bilal Soofi shared his appreciation for the students, particularly the quality of their questions and highlighted KSBL’s distinctive emphasis on character-driven leadership. He spoke about how Quranic principles provide a framework for leadership grounded in truthfulness, keeping one’s word, honoring commitments, accountability, humility, and effectiveness. His message to the young leaders of KSBL was clear: identify your inner strength, draw from what you believe in and take strength from Quranic principles and the characteristics and example of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
