The Library Beneath the Ash | A Herculaneum Sleep Story | Moth & Moon.

Settle in. The fire is lit, the rain is on the glass, and the Curator has something to show you: a library that was buried in a single day and waited nearly two thousand years to be read again. "The Library Beneath the Ash" is a slow, quiet sleep story about the scrolls of Herculaneum, the carbonized papyri that survived the eruption of Vesuvius. Turn the lights down and let the story carry you off. Please turn autoplay off before you fall asleep, so the next video doesn't wake you. The fire and rain keep playing after the story ends, so you can stay as long as you like. Well, fellow Seekers, the candle stays lit.
