RES is proud to announce our Restoring at Scale Docuseries – highlighting landscape-scale ecological restoration projects designed and constructed by the RES team to re-wild impacted lands across our nation. These mega-scale projects are restoring wildlife and ecological habitats to offset massive infrastructure projects such as reservoirs, high-speed rail, dam removal, and road construction, as well as to support coastal resiliency. Our goal is to share the ongoing progress and lessons learned from these mega projects with industry colleagues. We also hope to raise awareness around what can and will be done in the future. As we’ve recognized the benefits of more holistic design, we are learning to maximize ecological functions to support and restore the web of our natural world even as we achieve multiple social and economic benefits from these important projects. This docuseries covers a diverse array of projects, being implemented across the country from the Chesapeake Bay to the Gulf States to California.
