Colossians 3:1-10 • September 27, 2026

Join us for this Sunday message from Lighthouse Baptist Church as we study Colossians 3:1-10 and examine what it means to be spiritually alive in Christ, dead to sin, and focused on heavenly things rather than the fleeting concerns of this world. In this Bible message, we explore: • The believer's new life in Christ• Salvation through faith in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ• Eternal security and the assurance of salvation• Putting off the old man and putting on the new man• Living for Christ in the Age of Grace• The hope of the Rapture and our future glorified bodies• Overcoming worldly distractions by keeping our eyes on Christ• Rightly dividing the Word of Truth This message highlights Paul's teaching that those who have trusted Christ for salvation are risen with Him and should seek the things above, where Christ sits at the right hand of God. Believers are encouraged to rest in Christ's finished work, walk in their new identity, and live in anticipation of His return.
