Very Good Thermomix TM6 Mashed Potatoes

Hello fellow 'Thermie fans. I've had a little time out but I'm back with another video. I have tried cooking Mashed Potatoes in the TM6 a couple of times previously using the follow along recipe. However, it hasn't turned out how I would like. After a bit of experimenting, I have found a method which I feel works very well for little effort. I will add, if you like a firm mashed potato, then this recipe probably isn't for you. I do hope you will give this a try. Do let me know what you think.
