When Disaster Strikes: Rapid Building Assessment Training for Venezuela and Latin America

This three-hour webinar, offered in the wake of the July 2026 earthquakes in Venezuela, was designed to educate building safety professionals, first responders, and policy-makers about best practice for post-disaster rapid building safety assessments through ICC’s WDS programs. The When Disaster Strikes (WDS) Evaluator program is designed to educate professionals on how to evaluate damaged structures, apply multi-hazard inspection protocols, and determine re-occupancy safety using green, yellow, and red placards.
