Materials and Steps: 1. Prepare the Scissors: Wrap the handle of the scissors with adhesive tape, making sure the smooth, glossy side faces outward. This helps prevent the epoxy resin from sticking to the scissors. 2. Mix the Epoxy Resin: Mix the epoxy resin and hardener according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Add transparent blue resin pigment and mix thoroughly. 3. Create the Ocean Design: Add natural sand to the bottom layer and pour the transparent blue resin into the upper section. Decorate your ocean resin earrings with seashells, pearls, tiny starfish, and green glitter strands to create beautiful underwater details. 4. Add the Dolphin Design: Print a dolphin design onto transparent acetate film, cut it out, and place it inside the resin.
