This 30-min stretch and mobility session for pregnancy is fantastic for all trimesters. The routine also includes key releases for common complaints during pregnancy - low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, sacroiliac pain, SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction), hip and groin pain, round ligament pain etc. Do this 1-2 times a week through pregnancy to keep you moving well.
