On December 16, 1963, the handover ceremony for the outgoing and incoming Premiers of the Executive Yuan was held in the grand hall of the Executive Yuan. Vice President Chen Cheng, who also served as Premier, transferred the official seal to the newly appointed Premier Yen Chia-kan. The Chief Justice of the Judicial Yuan, Hsieh Kuan-sheng, acted as the witness for the handover. Chief Justice Hsieh, Vice President Chen, and Premier Yen each delivered speeches. After the ceremony, a press conference was held, during which Premier Yen outlined his policy directions. In the afternoon, foreign diplomats stationed in the Republic of China visited the Executive Yuan to pay courtesy calls to Premier Yen. 1963年 行政院新旧院長の交代 1963年12月16日、行政院の大講堂で新旧院長の交代式が行われました。副総統であり院長も兼務していた陳誠氏が、新任院長である厳家淦氏に印鑑を引き渡しました。司法院院長の謝冠生氏が交代式の監督者を務めました。謝院長、副総統の陳氏、そして厳院長がそれぞれスピーチを行いました。式典終了後には記者会見が開かれ、厳院長が施政方針を発表しました。午後には、各国の駐中華民国外交使節が行政院を訪れ、厳院長に表敬訪問を行いました。 1963년 행정원 신구 원장 교체 1963년 12월 16일, 행정원 대강당에서 신구 원장 교체식이 거행되었습니다. 부통령 겸 행정원장인 진성(陳誠) 부통령이 신임 원장인 엄가감(嚴家淦) 원장에게 인장을 전달했습니다. 사법원장 사관생(謝冠生) 원장이 교체식을 감독했습니다. 사 원장, 진 부통령, 엄 원장이 각각 연설을 했습니다. 교체식이 끝난 후 기자회견이 열렸고, 엄 원장이 행정 정책 방향을 발표했습니다. 오후에는 각국의 주중화민국 외교 사절들이 행정원을 방문하여 엄 원장을 예방했습니다.
