Teriyaki Marinated Smoked Trout

This is a Teriyaki - Soya based Marinade. The Soya and Teriyaki provide the salt, plus tons of flavour. I like this one better than my "Brined Smoked Trout". This will convert non-fish eaters to fish eaters!
