TWO YEARS

This little documentary was put into place two years ago (May 4th, 2009). It was the day I met Ido Portal, who changed my view and way of physical training. The last 24 months have been by far the most challenging and rewarding months in my own training, as it has blended into so many systems of movement. At the time of filming I was 37 years old at a bodyweight of 200lbs even. To Ido- Sincere gratitude and respect to you. I will continue to train the elements through the knowledge you have given me. You have taught me above all things- the only limits we have is but a shadow in our minds...that's damn right! My admiration of your continued example continues to grow this day brother!! To Yuval Ayalon, Again a great deal of thanks must be paid to my equilibre coach- the personal attention to my handbalancing has accelerated my progress. It's still a work in progress. Coach-I'm working on correcting the rotation :) Originally, there was a dance/movement component I planned on adding to this but in the final cut, it didn't flow well so I had to omit it from the TWO YEAR project.
